New to all this

Hey people,
Im relative new to all this the last time I did any real art was back in school about 6 years ago now, I was fairly decent although it didnt extend much past pencil drawings. Im now very rusty at it all, and i mean rusty. What im asking is where and how do I start, assuming im a complete beginner what would you advise I do?

depends on what are your goals..what you want to become , how seriously you take art..or you just want to be a hobby, I would advice you to set your goals at least so you now what to study..hand follows the intellect..is more about what you know than what you see
