based on a ronin character
whiteout coffe pen,pencil...this was in my trash for a week balled up..i decided to take it out and scan it

Wow, I think keeping it in the trash, helped give it some character. The only thing wrong with it is the shoulders and how the arms connect to the torso. Also the chest seems to be at a wrong perspective, its like it should be turned away some more from the viewer.

Sorry for the harsh crit, but if you don't ever hear it, you'll never improve. Take a look at Kevin chen's torso brakedowns to see correct those little things. These are things I also have problems with, and hope to overcome them as well. :)

Throw some more in the trash, and post em. I like the trashed look! ;)

looks good, doesnt look overly out of whack. maybe he looks a bit too upright and crouched at the same time. i dig the "trash" look. added texture to the background. i likes the rendering too. looks a bit ashley wood'ish. koo.
