Yup, I got it too. And reported it. Anybody else feel inspired to complain to these folks? I'm sure someone at the company would be interested in knowing that their computer lacky is driving away customers with some extremely poorly-planned advertising.

Oh goody, the president of the wee company has his e-mail addy right on his web-page. I sent him the following:

"I suggest you have a word with the computer jockey who thought it would be a good idea to clutter our private messages at conceptart.org with advertisements for Waterman Art. You should perhaps consider posting an apology at conceptart.org before your annoying, invasive advertising campaign further damages your company’s reputation."

Seedling - well, let's hope that does it. And that they don't start spamming your normal mail address now... I'm seriously thinking about changing my main e-mail address cause I get so much junk everyday... Will of course only be a temporary relief but still.

Never fear - I used my "spam-gathering" e-mail addy. Sometimes real mail spawns there, but mostly I just get entertaining crap. ;-)
