For this piece I took reference from Hurne Hogarth's work.
The sketch has been collecting dust of a long while now so I decided to get it out and work on it. I will work on the background next and once that is done I will set up the color, I don't know if I will do it digital of traditional, I will decided on it once I finish the background.
Any comments about the sketch so far?

fun pose and detailing on the clothing. I feel that the musculature is making her look too masculine though.

first thing that I noticed is that the hand of the raised arm isn't right. the thumb should be on the other side of the hand.

To tell you the truth, I have been working on my human anatomy for years, trying to improve my skills so I can proceed on working on projects, and I never realized such a mistake until you brought it up...:xpld:

ok, really like the movement in this... but I feel her kneck is way too thick, and makes her masculine.

At the time I made this sketch I was working improving my human anatomy and I concentrated on male bodies (since the male body has better muscle definition) so all my girls ended up looking a bit masculine, also, I admit that the hands are masculine too.
Thanks for the inside...
