Whoa this is really cool I like the design a lot. The texture of his skin is really good too. I would go in and add more details to the rest of him and the club...etc... if you can. This sketch is dying to be totally finished.

face-expression and posture fit well together,make a round thing.
perhaps some neck,i think the head is somewhat loosely.
