Not bad....
I would watch your proportions here. I'm not too sure about your placement of backlighting.....and not all the back lighting should be at the same value. The highlights are also too unified. Not a bad job though..... keep with it.

I appreciate you taking the time to critique.
It's hard to get anyone to reply to new artists that need help :)

Like LiquidJack said, not bad, but using some reference or some more time getting your original sketch right might help.
Her anatomy is a little off. Her front arm looks too thin and deformed. I'm guessing you did all your shading and higlighting with a mouse. Some of it looks a bit random.
Also, from a graphic art point of view, the composition is plain and flat. The bands at the top and bottom aren't very interesting as a framing device, and the kerning on your letters (the spacing between them) is off, so that it looks like it reads Shed Evil.

Okay, I did a little rework to show you what I meant about the graphic design. I'm not a good enough artist to give you any anatomy tips, but graphic stuff I've done.

I'd like to see you create a mate for her, a He Devil.
I wonder what your imagination would conjure up for this type of image?
