You might want to work on the running poses, because the characters look a bit stiff. Keep track of the hands too, because at times, in one frame they look a little bit smaller or larger, proportionally, than the did in some other frames. And, since you've made the breasts so large, you might want to make sure that when they are moving, that they don't sit there like to large rocks in place. Try to think about how that weight on their chest is going to effect their movements and etc.
