a quick tip to draw human faces?

I allways considered miself bad drawing human,especially the faces,but since I think I hav improved in body but not in faces
can someone give me tips or simple tutorials to draw faces?

Here's two tips.

1. Eyes are about in the middle of the head.

2. If you make your first two lines the top and bottom of the head, you can put them anywhere on the page, and they'll never be wrong. Just every line thereafter.
