Hello. I notice I am lacking in my proportions. Can anyone offer some info on some good studies or practice technics that can help in that area? THank you for your time.

Check out Andrew Loomis' 'Figure Drawing for All it's worth' available for free all over the internet.
Or Jack Hamm's 'Drawing the Head & Figure'.
Also, life drawing is invaluable. I found it helpful to draw from life and analyze your own proportions after the fact. Like you'd see in the notebooks of DaVinci or Durer. See how many head lengths you've been making the arms or the torse, etc. You spot your weaknesses and learn from your mistakes fairly quickly this way.
