this thingie is about 2 meters tall, and is a general support unit for swat kinda missions. (its inked with a biro that was running out :rolleyes: )

im new at this game and badly need any advice i can get. I would colour it if i had time but schools in the way. speaking of which, what programs do you people use for CGing? painter? if so what brushes or techniques?

even general tips would be appriciated, thanks

Very cool!

I just wanted to mention that you could add more variation to your pen line and it would make the different parts of the mech stand out better.

A good general rule, is that if it's an edge line, it should be thicker.

I thickened up the lines around the outside, but i got a bit stuck on one thing. should you still thicken the outside lines as the object gets closer, like you would normally, or does it stay the one thickness for the whole circumferance?

well i stuck with the first way, just to be safe...
