Good job with the blood and body. The blood is making me sick :barf:. The face looks too cartoony for the rest of the pic, and I can't tell if the light is behind or in front of the doctor.

the caption was along the lines using drugs= temporary labotomy. i always find lighting tricky, i was tring to make it seem as if light bounced off the table or room lessening the shadow on the chest... which would kind of be a light of a lesser strength coming from the front of the pic ... i don t know how i failed any on the lighting anyone want to make a quick paintover?? :)
note if anyone is interested in the problems i see with the piece / glasses form is not well defined by lighting + lacks reflection / unrealistic head ingeneral poor color chioce for backlit hair/ oversaturated color/ unexplained color abnormalities surrounding the light and on the light / wrinkles in cloth/ reflection on tool doesnt align with light source / the hands are not scaled properely to correctly suggest the forshortening and perspective/ highlights in face need to be broken up to a further degree / should create more stray hairs and aviod the clumpy abstracted form / the table placed well it creates conflicts with the arm and the shadow under the table should be a gradient seeing as it is not pitch black and the object reflecting the light on to the table bottom is niether uniform distance or angle . there should be one strong shadow under the table showing a recess. pop. a few strong highlights on the blood would be nice to determine the shape .:D

When I said that it's hard to tell where the light is, I actually meant the lamp. Sorry for the confusion.
