i think i get more out of these longer pieces in terms of satisfaction and the amount of growth. i keep my screen brightness at 100% so u might loose some detail if set lower. as always comments or crits
by the way the multiple image upload page at angelfire doesn't work for me anybody else experience this or have a solution... im trieng to start a daily sketch book

I think you did a good job on the wet and shiny parts. The belly isn't as good looking, and a background needs to be added. I but the monitor's brightness up to 100%, but I like the picture better when viewed with 40% brightness (normal brightness level for me) because the branch is darker.

i find creating creating sharp edges next to soft edges, and yet still making one cohesive image, rather challenging i think that is one of the reasons the stomache seems to fail it lack some of the nessesary hard edges
another reason, after reviewing it once more, for the stomaches failure would be the nonsensical color devaitions found. these variations come from an uneven distribution of brudh stokes while in the color alter mode( i originally placed a grey on the stomache that wasn't yellow enough)
