Hello, I own a wacom graphire 2, and in Photoshop, when I make fast strokes, the lines aren't smooth. They're jagged like. However, I don't have that problem in Procreate Painter Classic, which came bundled with the tablet. I am more comfortable with PS7.

I have the latest Wacom drivers, but still no change.

edit:

I just tried it with the mouse, same thing.

edit2:

I just noticed I should have posted it in that other section, so if anyone can move it to the appropriate one, thank you.

your computer is prolly too slow, what is it? i think ive sorta got the same problem, except with painter 7, and mine works fine with photoshop 6.

have you checked the resolution on the piece you are working on? if it's a low resolution(72 dpi) it might do that. same thing if you are working on a really small size piece.

Do you have smoothing checked under the brush options in photoshop 7?

Thanks guys, that helped. (The smoothing option) and the resolution one too.

I have Painter Classic and I just got Painter 7 so I'll try it out since I hear it's better than photoshop when it comes to painting. I just gotta get used to the HUD. :(
