The design of the costume and figure is very engaging. The 'bangles' and 'shingles' around skirt are a nice element. The mechanical arm and it's jury-rigged look fit in well with the piece.
Personally, I think I'd like to see a bit more clarity and sharpness in the rendering. Refine it a little and take away some of that 'airbrushed' sort of look.
For the most part, I like the colors, but the mechanical arm is a bit too similar in color to the skirt. The mass it creates is a bit overwhelming to the overall image. The neon green in the middle of the claws is a bit garish and out of place.

Thanks for feedback. I cleared up some of the rendering areas, and knocked back the skirt color a bit.

nice pic. :)
the one thing I would really like to be a little more defined is the markings on those Rocks(?) he got hanging from the side...would be cool if you could make them so they look like carvings in the rocks(?) right now they just seem a bit flat compared to the rest of the pic...but really nice job!
