Nobody really knew what the government was putting in the water supply these days, but everybody agreed it was "frikken awesome." Frankly nobody really cared. Nobody cared about anything but the water supply. Suffice it to say the water board was re-elected every four years like clockwork

Ryan's work is arresting art, but the hanged guys and the masks didn't seem very happy to me. It is kind of "scary town" in a way. Evil Sloth has a bit of a tourist brochure thing going on that makes me feel like there is more happiness in the image.

There's not alot of 'happy' in these towns...but of them all I see more in Attorneys image.

A funny thing...Gizmodus has a 'happy town' in his Rumble in the Jungle entry...lol!
