I like! You did an awesome job, while keeping your image blurred. Lighting is great, and your background is cool too (though the background gets my attention more than the foreground). You might want to look into that.

I like the forms you implied around the waist area with the belts and stuff. Things get a bit confusing around the arm area, though. The tricep area isn't set apart much from the lat area. The skew of the head bothers me, too, though it works--I just feel like squishing the guy's head the other way so it's straight.

I think you should have finished the background more like the top half. The gray muddle of smoke at the bottom is a huge jump from the grainy reds at top--it's a bit distracting.

Anatomy wise, I think the forearm should be a little curled in at the hand to creat more interest, instead of having it presented flat to the viewer.

The face works really well. This guy just looks plain nasty.
