Russian Inpsired Queen

Um, hello. First post to Conceptart.org. Thought I'd try and get some feedback on this character design. The clothes are loosely based on various styles of old Russian clothing.

lot's of proportion issues with head vs. body size (especially in the waist leg area).. though it works if you aren't going for realistic.. many cartoons and anime often do exagerated proportions (even many comic books do)

Everything is basically good about this.. but the buldge of her pants seems a bit too much and over exagerates her thighs.. plus if pants are loose they will be baggy.. but these just seem to be saggy... they are missing something. Her face seems a bit sharp.. which could be style so that's no big deal. However her arm (the one with the scarf covering it) just isn't right. Great start so far though, good clean sketch to work from.. or work with. It has potential, and it deserves the time and the effort to be made into the piece it can be. Great post.
