Anyone have any tips or suggestions on oversized character design? Oversized muscles and fattyness? Im doing a sketch of a demi god and don't know quite how to approch it, I guess im going for a semi fatty hulk style, kinda like this....

This cyclops from god of war is about the body type im going for...overweighted but still strong in stature any suggestions for what parts I should amplify ?:( :confident

off the top of my head, if you want someone to look large, shrink their headsize.
Much like if you want someone to look small, or young you could enlarge their headsize.
try to think in contrast's

Proportion is a key. Like stephen's idea of the head size, relate their body to other things that are smaller. Basketball players look normal when their all grouped together, but larger next to smaller people, just like in the image you posted. Overweight people often have small hands and feet. You could also place details on their body, such as clothes or armor that's too small.
