That's a kinda cool image, but could be improved if the model hadn't moved. Also, the wall on the right needs editing out (the red shows up), and the watermark is way too huge and distracting. It is, however a good concept that could definitely warrant another go.

Quick question: why doesn't your girlfriend get a CA account and post them herself? Then the feedback can be directed straight at her, rather than through you.

Im the model heheh, sorry for moving
yeah she wanted to see if the feedback was good enough
for her to start a ca account, thanks for the feedback
the reason most of the other things havent been taken out
is because it's for a competetion and you have to be able to
do the same things that you can replicate in a darkroom
so we couldnt exactly edit whole walls out but yeah, i agree with you
on the watermark but she doesnt listen to me. oh well :) thanks

No probs. If she wants 'good crits' then she has to post a variety of photos, receive feedback and then improve on where crits are made. I know that I'm new to this community, but it seems to me that the longer you have been here and critting other people, the more and better crits you will get in return. Just look at what samsite did for le gab on his thread, it's a 1500 word monster!

For the darkroom replication, it might have been a good idea to mention that in the original post. This will mean that no pointless crits are made :P It does, however, explain why it was not removed.

hi all (i know i should be at work, but i hate formatiing xls sheets and access)
I dont think there is enoth work here to give any kind of a honast opinion. I will reserve comment untill there had been a little more posted. The one above looks like a bit of a composit of photos and not just one? that make sence. I would like to see somethink strait out of the camera so i can look for a eye as such......
klips, thanks for your commnet it was claud's thred though lol

Aw, there's more reasons than just the feedback to join CA.org.
We're a friendly bunch, aren't we? Once you look past the occult and the slavery there's not too much wrong with us.
Also it means she'd be able to give crits, and that's always worth something.

I like the red to the right of the picture. I don't like the watermark. I don't like oversized watermarks, ever.

Maybe the sparkler effect would've looked a little better if it wasn't all swirly at the top, maybe if it were more just curvy lines with the change of direction happening off shot so we can't see it. That way we'd have lots of bright lines with no highly distracting wavy bits... which are distracting.

But most of all, the model needs to stop moving :P.
