Hi,I'm new here...
I'm doing my own concept art project during my free time,it's my 1st very own project, coz i always dreams to create my own world..apply all my fav elements to my own world...It's abt a story from an ancient cultured fantasy world....a story abt a princess of the "Red Tribe",a sorceress from the "WhiteLand" ,a huntress of the "Dark Cliff" n the "Mysterious Hidden Temple"........It's sounds like very fantasy stuff..but i wish to make them unique a bit..
Here's the 1 st character, the Ancient Princess-Cyrara & her Pet-Imu..........Wish to here some crit n comment to help me improve. Thanks:)

The mountain with glowing smoke come out is the "WhiteLand" where the Sorceress live..N the orange colour light beside the river is "Red Tribe"s village
This is the "White Sorceress",but i not yet come out with her complete layout..just a preview.

awsome. I like that you chose to show a lot of different expressions for the character as well as a nice amount of angles. the style is consistant as well. Very cool mood set with the colors.

The figure and expression work, along with your ability to visualize different views of a character is pretty solid. Just as a matter of presentation, I'd tone down the backgrounds a bit. The backgrounds are a bit busy and just full of things that detract and draw attention away from the excellent character work.

I like the colors in the night time scene, but there's very little sense of depth between the character in the foreground and the jungle and mountain in the back. I'd just vary the values as everything seems to be very similar in value.
