i posted this in the self portraits gallery, but i'm pretty happy with this one and wanted to post here as well.....let me know what you think. i toiled with the background for a while and am hoping it works well

It is very good and that self portrait should be your avatar. Cause it is looks better and cooler than right now you have. I like color in background. Great job!!

alright zipp zopp is back! This is fantastic bro. Looks awesome man. Your skills are growing and growing and growing dude. This one is way more painterly and better than any others you have done. Great job man. Be careful of the planes of the features. Your eyes and ears are not on the same plane sort of creating a disformation in the face that I noticed at first but couldn't put my finger on it. Also the shape of the lip on the right (our right) side is a little deformed. Great great work man...awesome job.
