WEBSITE
I just recently had a friend put up a website for me. i'm trying to get into the movie industry or video game design. My main interest started out with creature design, but realized that I really needed to work on expanding my talents. I'm working mainly now on characters, creatures, landscapes and architecture. LET ME KNOW WHAT U THINK.
Just graduated from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn with a Bachelors Degree
This is basically all new work, done within the last 6 months.
Anything I need to work on? Any pieces I should get rid of?
any favorites? any feedback..please
THANKS
Keep up the great work everyone:)

Um...first off, there aren't any links in your post, and secondly, this isn't finished concept work. Feel free to post some examples here for us to look at and crit ;)

It's a very nice website, much better than mine. My only concern is finding the invisibility of your links. It is an interesting idea, but having the links to your character and architecture galleries the two islands might discourge people from thoroughly examining your work.
As for your artwork you have some great concepts. I'm not sure as to your experience in various aspects of art, but I would suggest possibly looking at figure drawing sessions, as well as picking up on some anatomy info.
Very nice work, I like what I'm seeing here.

This is actually a place to post finished pieces, thus the name of this section, "IT'S FINALLY FINISHED!!".

I like the site, the only thing I would add would be a little description on how to use your navigation. It took me a second to figure it out. I almost left your site before I finally figured it out. I would also add a preloader to your site.

I already knew that would be a problem. I myself the first time I tried out the website skipped over the " sketch " section. My friend made the site. I had already spoken to him about adding a list on the side to make it more visible.

As for figure drawing classes. I had taken a bunch of drawing classes..I know that drawing people is my biggest problem, probably because thier what im least interested in. I'm workin at it.
