Hey all, I'm a student at Vancouver Film School right now..
Just wanted to post a small Art Direction project we just finished up. There are a few drawings that I want to fix up, particularly in the hands, feet department..


Concept was a teenage cat dealing with a lot of family issues.
A rebellious introvert that contemplated running away from home, away from a fairly disfunctional family.

a student of vancouver film school huh?i actually thought of going to that school too after i complete my digital animation course here..i'm from malaysia..if i were to come over to the vfs..a diploma holder..how many years would i have to go though ?

those works u did are awesome..can't really find a crit for u..dig the last piece most..beautifull stuff:)

VFS is a one year program in a dedicated field. Its pretty intense in the one year's time.. The staff is great, and you are surrounded by a lot of talent.


For a self crit, I really wish I could have scanned ( and not scaled ) the images at a higher quality..

Also.. I should have polished the work a bit more.. This seems more of a WIP stage..
