I am working on a my next mod endevor.
As my current project comes to a close ( the Tau Mod (http://www.xv15mods.com/farsighted/) for Dawn of War (http://www.dawnofwargame.com) ) which will be finished in the coming few months I have began the planning my new Mod.
[My Plans]
This new mod will be based on the current Universe (Warhammer 40,000) of my previous mod (the Tau Mod) but instead of RTS will be a FPS genere game using the Quake 4 Engine.
Heavy background information and Concept art are alredy widely available so there will be no setbacks in the form of lack of inspiration.
My Plan is to start off small in order to deliver consistent content pulically. this will be in the form of either in game usable weapons or characters for Multi-Player games.. and as I build up the planned core characters .. it will then be consolidated into a more coherent game.

[The Team ([I]Current State)]
Currently I have members already dedicated to this new team.. Sound artists, Voice actors, Myself a GUI coder/UI artist/Project Leader.
[What we need]
I am looking for talented individuals who would be interested in doing one or more of the folowing:
a character
or set of characters
a weapon
or set of weapons
to look as close to possible to current concept art or images (some I even have schematics).
[What I can offer]
My Mod won't be able to pay anything, due to its nature, but I'm sure we will get some nice exposure.. the Current mod I am Leading has been featured in PC Gamer 3 times.. and I'm sure with the Level of Quality I want to strive for in this new mod will get the same attention. Also all artists will get Proper credit for their work, including Mention in the Credits.. Mention of the artist and their work with any screen shot posted aswell.
Additionally Since I am a web designer I can offer my services and Build any artist who contribute to the Mod with an online portfolio or hosting or both.. Those who are interested wil need to let me know before hand though.
