hey, nice work, drawing from life is always good. i like the hands. if i may make a suggestion, i'd say study some anatomy and form and most importantly how the different parts fit together. keep up the good work though

duuuude, you got to scale some of these down. that last one was like 1700 pixels wide, try to keep them at least at 900-1000 pixels wide so those of us with lower-res monitors can see everything at once. ;)
studies are looking good though, from what i can tell. some of your hand studies are looking kind of squashed but that's all i can think of to work on. keep up the good work and remember to squash those images. :D

awkey, i'll scale them down a bit as soon as i got time ;) and i'll do some fast hand sketches to see if i can the hang of it. thx for feedback :D

Nice sketches; but verry big images. Post some smaller stuff, we can have a better overlook of your work. And maybe some more contrast in your lines.
Keep up the good work, mann.

You're doing exactly what you need to do. One thing though, it looks like you consistently make the eye that's closest to us larger than the other.

Just keep at it, the replies or critiques will come now and then.

Cool stuff erik :)
Just try to work on the linequality, and do more ref-stuff as you currently are.
And make the hatching go with the form of the object, and not just go in random directions.
Keep up the good work :)

ok, so it has been a while. i dunno how often i will post, but i shall try to pull my self together and post more often(yes i know i said that further up, but this time i really mean it :P ) so i'm gonna post a fairly big bunch of sketches, and i rly want some crits. haven't been doing that much life drawing b4, but it's going forward, slowly. used about 20 mins on each of the life drawings. and we are gonna have nude life drawing session again next week, so i would want to know what i should work on. i'm in a dark period when it comes to hatching, so plz, guide me to the end of this hellhole of hatching problems. (can't scan A3, so had to use camera(yea, i know, it's crappy)) well, enough talking, now sketches ^^

I just answered this one for another thread, so here it is again-
Ugh, this one was a headache for me, I'll try to explain as best I can.
Ok, in your first post, the first attachment will always be the image that shows as your thread thumbnail.
In order to update the thread thumbnail, you have to edit your first post. You do this by:
click the 'edit' button at the bottom-right of your first post
click 'advanced'
click 'manage attachments'
remove any attachments you might have
upload the image you want as your thumbnail [100x100pixels]
re-upload any images you have removed*
*or you can re-upload the old image from your first post into your second post, -or- use a imagehost [photobucket] to keep your image in the first post.
This makes it easier to update the thread thumbnail without having to keep re-uploading.
Confused? Use my thread as an example and maybe things will be clearer:
http://www.conceptart.org/forums/sho...d.php?t=106487
Also, if you dont like the attachment view with the border around it, use the paperclip icon [when posting, top of message tools, next to smiley] and insert your image where you want to [not always on the bottom]. Hope this helps!
