Help with Painter IX

Hi,

i have a terrible problem with Painter IX and i don't know what's the cause of it.

Under the Color Sets palette i'm aware if i click on the menu dropout, there should be an option that allows me to sort my color sets (by HVL... etc).

but i don't have that option! as in there's no such option in that menu! all i have are: new empty color set, new color set from image/layer/selection/mixer, open/append/save color set. that's all!

i'm missing a whole range of options from what i read in the Help file of Painter IX.

what could be the cause of this? what other features am i missing?

Hi Cloud84,

I think "the cause" is just that you gave up before trying everything available on the Color Sets palette. ;)

The commands you want aren't listed in the Color Sets icon drop down menus (as you already know).

Click the triangle/arrow in the upper right corner of the Color Sets palette to access the Color Sets palette menu where you'll find the menu commands you've been missing.
