I decided to start my own sketchbook, i think it will motivate me to draw more. (yes, i'm lazy..)
anyway here some of my sketches to start off...

Nice. you got good grasp about proportions. more colour maybe?

hey misterioush, nice start there, the environments are looking good, i like the style youve drawn the first image in, i think it could look great inked comic book styley

Good start :) From the sketches you posted so far, you may want to do more facial and head studies. Also if you're looking to study color for environments [i noticed you last image in your first post] You may want to block out your colors first before adding details to smaller areas. I'm in the process of learning this stuff myself. Koshime has some really great posts in his sketchbook that step out some of his processes. http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=29051
