I remember I mailed Wacom Customer support that question and they directed me to some Wacom repair section. Then I could just mail them for the price and info about payment.
The pentips were rather cheap as I remember.
But mail Wacom, I am sure they can tell you.

I emailed them twice, and both times, they just told me that they can replace it for me for free, but only for one time. I asked them if there's a place where I can buy it, but they didn't tell me. So yeah, it works this time, coz they'll replace it for me, but what happens next time? @_@; man, and I have no clue how to even change the tips, I lost the box where all these stuff came from. Any idea how to do it?

Just take it out by pulling it with a pincet... and press the new one in.
Try European service they might be able to help you, that's where I am from.

It's strange that they didn't let you know how to replace them via their site (see above post).
I was curious if anyone works with an overlay, a padded Wacom tablet or other means besides just straight pen and tablet and seen if they notice a change in how the tips wear down? Or in overall feel? Some folks talk about using a couple of sheets of paper to help the feel of the tablet in combination with Painter... anyone? Sounds mostly psychological to me, but I am curious (and too set in my ways) about others' tablet experiences too.

I called Wacom and the guy told me that he doesn't know why people have problems getting the pen Nibs. They are just $4 and the shipping is free. On ebay they sell it at $15!! they are crazy.
If you go to the web site go to eStore and then accessories and you will find them there.
Do not go to global.wacom.com go to http://www.wacom.com/index2.cfm
Here is the link to the nibs

I do, I just have a piece of regular copy paper taped to my Wacom 3. To me it does make a huge control difference. I do a lot of small detail and work a lot with vector features. Grabing and moving handles is a lot easier and more controllable. Also, the tablet has a very nice paper and pencil feel, not quite so scittery. It does seem to wear the nibs a little more, but that hasn't been a problem so far. I sharpen them with an exacto knife and I always keep spares.
