Hello everyone, I was recently introduced to this site and I felt I might offer some of my work for perusal.
I will start off with some school work from two semesters ago, unfortunately my most recent drawing class.
Also, I was wondering - what's the situation around here regarding non-illustrative work? There's no explicit rule against it - that I've seen yet - but then again I haven't seen anyone posting any photomanipulation - yet.
I am wondering because my most recent work has been photomanipulation, and I would particularly like some feedback on that. Should I go ahead and post it?
Anyway - here you are!

Here's so more work of mine -
The first is a pen and ink piece, for my first drawing class. The second is another piece from my figure drawing class, and the final is an oil painting, a sweet potato.

Great start to your S.B. Nice set of life drawing work you have, would love to see more. As far as your question goes, I'm not sure what the actual rules are but it does seem that anything goes in your s.b. Seems like a lot of peeps put a little of everything in. I have also seen photo manip. in other places around the site. Ask a moderator if you want a definate answer!! Keep posting!

Thanks! I appreciate the response and I'm glad you like it. I have a bit more photographed, I can put it up too.
The first is another gesture from figure drawing. The third is another oil - titled Seduction, from my painting class. The third is one of my newer photo-manipulation pieces. Title is Degradation of Tapes III.
Edit, there's room for a fourth, this one's a ceramic piece. It's about... a foot and a half high, coil built.

Thanks! I'm glad you like the ceramic piece, I only had one semester of ceramic instruction, since I had to get out of school on time :) But I did enjoy it, I've got a few more.
None of those or figure drawing now, I am going to post the rest of the new pieces I've been working on.
