alright it looks ok...just keep practicing.

as far as lighting pay attention to the edges of your shadows, right now all your edges are the same ,in real life there is variation ,example...put a cup on your desk with a strong light source, the shadow cast onto the desk will have a crisp edge while the form shadow rapping around the cup will have a shadow that gradually gets lighter towards the ligth becasue the form is more round.
