I'll comment on it here man.
What's the sketch i see behind him? Can you show us that?
All in all he's really nice model. And he'll look brilliant textured. I like the extra definition you took the time to model in the hands too. How about some knicks modelled into that axe blade? It looks incredibly pristine, his armor does too.
Is he missing half of that left leg? Its kind of hard to tell whats happening there.

the image behind is the original drawing I did that I am loosel basing the model on. I'll try to post that soon too since ya asked. The legs are as of yet unstarted, just blocked in there. Im trying more of a sculpture than a mdel really, its built in that position and no skeleton. I agree the metal needs to be distressed much more as the original drawing will portray but I was thinking that if I texture it, that could be handles with bump maps. That for the comments though man.

but aesthetically it's looking good.
