Hi, this is for a Fantasy-Roleplaying-Game called

He is one of 4 possible classes you can choose. (the others are sectret in the moment)

I'll give you the positives and negatives...
Positives: The arms and hands are well done. Also, the coloring and shading are pretty impressive (better than anything I could do). You can really work well with the earth tones. The feet are well done, and you are good with cloth.
Negatives: Some more work could be done on the face. It looks like the ear / jaw bone run a bit too far back. And his right shoulder looks to be longer than his left. That might be attributed to just a proportional error, or the angle at which he is standing isnt comming across.
These are just my opinions. Take them or leave them. =)
Overall, a nice drawing. Keep up the good work.

Something else that could use some attention, the proportions on the legs needs to be flipped (upper-leg/lower-leg) Remember that the Femur aka thigh-bone is the longest bone on the body.
