Is an interrogation room like a room where they ask questions and whatnot?
I have a great idea. I doubt it'll turn out as good as I picture it.

Mine's going to be a very large chamber with a stained glass mural of a deity on the wall before the interrogation seat. It'll be some sort of theocratic culture, and the image of the god will shame or frighten people into speaking and giving away secrets and whatnot.

When the American's saw that their interrogation techiques were being displayed on the internet they moved their operations to the middle of the pacific to a solar powerd glass room, anchored to the sea bed. The P.O.W's are taken to the facility to have their bodies subjected to chemical and electrical torture for days on end until they are willing to devulge the information.

At a secret facility in the desert, trainees for the new 'Aeronautical and Space Defence Program' undergo extreme tests. The final part of the test is telekinetic interrogation. Trainees are graded on their mind reading and mind blocking efficieny. For lower mentally capable individuals this test can cause permanent damage to key areas of the brain, although such candidates do not usually progress to the final phase of testing.

Ah, I hope i can get one in before it's too late.
All these entries are really fun to look at, great job!
Tec, I'm loving yours, but the interrogator's silhouette makes me think he's a robot... or is he a robot?
Evil_Sloth, yours is looking wonderful as well, but the sudden change from blue to green is offsetting. Try experimenting with some blue reflections on the shiny green surface of the interior (or maybe green glass?)
Fobos, you need to get a way bigger image for yours... the atmosphere looks great, but it's hard to be immersed in it at such a small scale

Johnnyhorse, the "robot" was just a placeholder...i think the new version should be more clear, but i am still not too happy with the overall composition...color space and contrasts are very weak
i am looking forward to see your entry...there are still some hours left.....so get it done ;)

Lookin' good people. I'll try to give some thorough crits at the poll.
Thought I'd take a different approach to this one. Less focus on sci-fi gadgets and whatnot and more attention to mood and atmosphere. I also used a vertical format to reinforce the claustrophobic feel.
I'll probably continue to clean it up untill it goes to poll.

The Hexagon
As the name suggests, this is a hexagonal room with only one door. People are thrown into the chamber, and the alien corpse is rigged up to talk for the interviewer. In some circumstances hallucinagenic gas is released into the room to assist the release of information.

Tec - Ah, it's all clear now... looks excellent
Marco - The atmosphere is working well but there are some really basic issues with yours... the light is out of shape/perspective, and the textures you used from photos really need to be a little more hidden/painted over ;)
I just know that the second I begin work on this one the thread is going to close for voting... maybe I'll do the 3CH until next topic ;)

Johnnyhorse you're absolutely right about the light perspective, I don't know how I overlooked that one.
I'm actually pretty embarassed about that texture. It was just supposed to be a placeholder for something hand drawn but I got lazy and left it. Oh well, I hope the slight paint over helps.
Thanks for taking the time to comment
