Anyone who saw or read minority report, knows the concept of pre-cogs. They are beings who can predict murders. I'd like to expand this concept and see what you guys can add to the idea.

Here's one allready, this man is such a pre-cog, but in the far future. Governments built a special craft or ship, which carries pre-cogs, to predict whatever could stop them.
