im a little confused , when u use photoshop do u use the mouse or do u use a wacom

Hi Reptile,
You can use both. Before you go for Wacom, learn to design some graphics (Lines and curves) with pen tool. Pen tool is great help to design some useful curves. If you are not aware of using pen tool google search for Photoshop pen tool tutorial. You will get some useful tutorials. With little practice you can do wonders with mouse. I do not use Wacom. Some of my graphics were first on paper later scanning them to bring into photoshop than finally coloring. I take help of pen tool for many graphics like logos/Icons.
