Both the drawing and the coloring is awesome, but the lighting is a bit odd for this piece. We have a backlight from dawn sun, it looks like, but the rest? Must be some kind of studio light. I understand you did it this way to emphazise the character, but in return it looks very separated from the background.
I think this piece would be even more impressive if the character and background cooperated more.
But the character display itself is impressive, and the detail level astounding.
