Think you should sharpen it a little bit, to give more importance to the details.

Very nice, I love the concept of a hybrid of various sea creatures. The mood of the piece is good; I would say however that it is lacking in highlights/detail and could use some areas with more saturated color, as to make those areas less dull. Overall I think you did a good job. :)
