We need less info on you, your school, etc, and more on this piece in particular.

Needs to be much more developed before a thourough crit can be made. It does look like it's crouching right now though.

thats' my whole problem. i can't develop it because i can't get the basic anatomy to work. everything i try ends up looking unbalanced.

The legs are the most awkward part of this, to me eye, though the arms seem a bit short, as well. Looks like "furry" proportions would work here: the proportions and anatomical changes commonly used for anthropomorphized animals, wherein a toe-walking animal (cat, dog, etc.) stands upright. You might look at the works of some good anthro/furry artists (yes, they exist - I like http://www.goldenwolfen.com/ in particular, and the book Freaks!: How to Draw Fantastic Fantasy Creatures by Steve Miller discusses how to create convincing anthros in detail) and see how they get their proportions to work if you want to use a raised-ankle bipedal stance.

I think you have the shapes and general proportions decent enough (save for the legs, they are MUCH too long). What's important now (according to my amatuer help) is to work on the joints and musculature to make the humanoid look real. You seem to be focusing too much on lines and you need to loosen up a lot. Loosening up will help everything you do and your college art teachers will like it a lot more, if that matters. I would HIGHLY suggest paying for, or finding somewhere a live figure drawing class because drawing from references is a totally different experience compared to from life--you aren't imatating lines, you're imitating shapes and values. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

we probly can help you for this project you need more than a quick fix, theres something that comes with practice that you cant teach. you realy need to go back and start paying your dues quick or you wont last.

Well, that, and you just need to show us a LOT more in order to get a decent critique. Plus, it is true, practice is essential
