Stave girl - critique appreciated

Wanted to do a fun, original character. Still early.

Her right arm is large and disfigured, I know. Her left fingers are also kind of funky.

My concerns:

Body is just disproportioned as a whole. Face too wide, too large? I didn't want to make it anime-ish at all, but I'm afraid it came out that way.

Is the whole posture on her right arm too unnatural?

Not much room left at the bottom of the page, so I had her crouch. Does this look bad? Anyway around it if so?

took - I like your character, specially the dressed and that strange hair. The fingers are too stretched and the right hand is a bit incomplete... maybe the neck is too small...
Work on them, your drawing is nice!
