Why do the ugly ones never wear helmets?
Are you planning on bringing the rest of the foreground figures body to the same level as the head? The head is popping off/out a more right now.
Not sure on how he's positioned right now either. Is he standing? Is that a hill in front of him? Or is it a barrier of some sort? Does it make a huge dip so as to allow him to stand beside it? Or is he standing behind it?
The other guy behind him is floating above his gun. He seems higher than perspective would also dictate, as if he's standing on raised ground.
Great atmosphere and lighting already, though. The character and gun design look nice and interesting.

Wow 15 yrs. old not bad. There's really not much to critique beacause everything is either in shadows or blurry. Dramatic. innovative. It looks unfinished to me though.
Show us more.

add some recoil angle to that gun :D
The values are nice, but let's see that muzzle blast really light him up, eh?

more detail on his left arm i think... show some mucle detail and/or this is just an idea why not have him wearing a trench coat (it just sprung to mind he looks like the trench coat wearing type) you could have the coat spread out in front of the spectators view and make dust spiral around it...or not your choice

Give him a nose ring. I like the paint-mist swirling around the scene.
Keep doing you

that other character above his gun is way too big. His head should be popping just a little above the gun if he means to follow the perspective. Either he's really huge. IMO you handled the lighting better in your first post, because now it looks like he's photographed with a flash turned on. And define more the background because nothing interesting is happening right now, just some dude firing a gun. Add some more details, make your picture speak for you.
