Hello!
I was wondering how to make some ink lines I did in PS appear a certain color and still make them remain smooth?

Don't know what you mean by "smooth"; just add a layer above your lines, set it's blendmode to "Lighten" and roughly paint in the colors your ink lines should have. If your background's white, only the ink line's black becomes affected by the colors you paint over.

Did you already try to use the Preserve Transparency option on your layer? That can work too, just hit that and color the lines the color you want. Only the lines will be affected.
