I have been looking here for some time, but I think this is my first post.

anyway, here it is.

I did this in painter, over about 2 or 3 hours (several nights). I realize that the colors are kindof screwed up where I used the burn or dodge tool instead of just painting the color I wanted.

I am interested in moving to a more tangible medium. I am very interested in oil paints, but have never touched them. Right now I am just trying to work on being able to create a picture without using digital advantages (undo, dodge, burn, layers). its not so easy. any advice? advice on paint mediums?
