I finally got my new PC and its a dam fine one at that!!! I've brought a nice new scanner too and a tablet so now i can hopefully get some much better pieces of work on here to show you all :D Yay!!!!!!

Well John, people see these type of things on myspace, game forums, and other "Hey give me teh hugs, I just got a date!" type of environments. These places are usually immature and somewhat unprofessional.

Now, people come here to be with like-minded individuals who don't notify the world of small occurances within their life WITHOUT offering some sort of discussion. If you had a problem with your tablet, or had a question, or discuss tablet dynamics versus physical medium dynamics, sure, go right ahead. But his topic is essentially a dead-end street with the hope of gaining "g00d for you!" 's along the way.

I think you're all being a bit hard on the bloke, I know I was chuffed as f*ck a couple of years back when I upgraded from a glorified typewriter to a semi- modern machine.
If you've been struggling with a shitty pc for a couple of years, it does make a difference. (in my case, I could now run stuff like XSI and Maya at home, no more trying to set up sequential renders on the college boxes every Friday etc.., go home or go to pub, big improvement.)

I know it's all obsolete by the time you get it back from the shop, but decent gear is still a bit of a buzz.
