i did a search and didn't see a thread for this movie!
i LOVED it. i think the only way someone could possibly NOT enjoy this movie, is a: they dont like action movies at all, or b: they were expecting something other than an action movie.
i thought this movie rocked, lots of fun. but if you're expecting some amazing story... you're going to be dissapointed. just go see this movie for what its supposed to be: an action film.

besides, its got the greatest premise for an action movie ever: a guy who has to keep his adrenelin pumping or he'll die.
does it get any better than that?
haha

go se this, it truly is a lot of fun.

Yes it did have its few chuckles and one or two laughs...but I couldnt tell if it was because the movie was genuienly funny or that it was so bad it made me laugh. Seriously I think the majority of movies today are getting drastically worse and any good movie that comes along is like finding a precious jewel in the Sahara Desert.

ive finally seen it...and i was amazed...the movie was somehow a loooong action scene and i dont thought it was unoriginal...it had very interesting camera-angles and some quite interesting ideas ("Hey , do i look like there stands IDIOT on my forehead ?" dang ! :D ). And after the big climax in the end i didn`t feel stressed or that it should have ended different. It was just perfect...

i agree with you on this. but i think crank was a great film. its deffinatley the best premise for an action movie... i know its a similar premise to say... speed.... but in speed it was a BUS that had to stay at a certain speed. but this is a HUMAN. its so much more personal. and i like the idea of exploring what people get used to. if you're pushing your limits constantly like this, at some point your going to get used to the adrenelin rush it gives, so you have to keep pushing those limits. and thats why i like this movie. haha, the ways he kept pushing it and pushing it. like the cop scene. hahahah, i was LAUGHING MY ASS OFF. and even after that, the thrill of riding a motorcycle real fast through town is giong to wear off, so he had to push it again, so it all makes sense. even if what he did was completely stupid and didn't make sense (for instance, why the fuck did he have to take off ALL of his clothes in the hospital?!?! wtf??), it was something to get his adrenelin pumping again, so even then it made sense. i thought the ending was kinda weak compared to the rest of the movie(shootout). but i do like the last 2 or 3 minutes(falling). thought those were funny.
anyway, yeah, i liked this movie quite a bit.
