We are looking for some texture artists that have some solid experience and skills. The concepts are fantastic and models are great, especially given the poly count. I worked on the textures for these characters but as you can see from the screenshots, the team here is incredible. If nothing else, check out the art at the bottom.

Thanks!

We were at E3 actually. We were in the NCSoft booth, right across from the Doom 3 booth/video.

....game texturing experience, when everyone expects you to have experience already? Yeesh!

I have textured my own models, at least, but only in Hash, since I can't afford 3D Max..which looks to be what you have modeled these figures in....

I wanna chance at the job..dammit!

Hmmmm.......... I was wondering if you would consider Canadian citizens sponsorship ? Or even other alien sponsorship for that matter
(Which is something that is never addressed to in job offers here..)
(Joe rocks)

llothcat - We have hired for entry level positions in the past, but we just aren't right now. I know that it can be really frustrating to see "experience needed," but keep looking at the job posts. A lot if places end up hiring their interns too, so you could look for an internship. I also doubt that any company would turn down an amazing artist purely for lack of experience, so you are free to submit as well. Experience does add a lot though. You'll probably learn more in your first few months on a job than in four years of college. Good luck!

egerie - I think that is a possiblity. We actually have a great artist here from Toronto. I followed your link to your site, but didn't see any 3d or textures. If you have some work along those lines, please submit to careers@realminteractive.com. We hope to get a good response to our postings (we have recieved a lot of email already) so send something soon if you are interested.

ultramarinez : Thanks for the heads up and taking time to check my website. I asked this out of curiosity more than anything since this kind of thing I've been wondering about for some time. Having a first hand knowledged input is extremely valuable !
Also, thank you for reminding me to take a break from all the hard workin' and update my site.. :D

I hope Realm finds the diamond they're looking for and to all aspiring artists : GO GO GO ! :)
