Need a Digital Colourer for QUICK Job

Alright, I have a concept from another artist that is all sketched out, but he is very busy at the moment and I don't want to force him to colour it for free. I just need a really really quick colour to get the colours down, not to the extreme detail with texture and all that but it would be great if any of you are interested.
