Deth - Guess what, "mechanincal pencil on printer paper" is just about right :p I don't have a normal white sketchbook right now but I did have all these printer paper scraps and a clipboard. I kinda' like it actually, I'm not too stressed about making a "perfect" drawing in a book and if something sucks I just recycle the page. Yea and I have a favorite drafting mechanical pencil, metal and sturdy, 3b lead...

I feel the same way.. I use to use sketchbooks, but I would always have these pages I hated.. so I started using printer paper, cause it was handy and smooth.. kinda got to liking it.. plus when you scan it, you dont get those dusty scratches.. :)

Oh boy...Kress is at it again! Man oh man, that is some nice work. What I like about your sketches is not only the quality of line but the ideas you pump out. Can't get enough weird and wonderful creatures, that's for sure!

I feel the same way about sketchbooks vs. printer paper. I think most of the time printer paper is all I use. Same as you, with a clipboard. I am king of printer paper scraps and post it notes! LOL!

Anyway, thanks for sharing Kress, great stuff!

Smeagol - Thanks a lot dude. It's scary though, cuz I never know when a decent idea is going to come again. I tried to draw all day yesterday, for example, and nothing happened :rolleyes: And yes, it's all about the clipboard. :D

Good pencils, keep comics as a sideline, guy with your pencil work could be of interest in a comicshop:) But keep the concept thing goin' as well:)
