This is a random idea I had. I'm just a highschool student so I guess that's all I do: random ideas :). Anyways I sketched it out and slapped some color on in photoshop.

Whoa! Gross! I like it! I really love how the mouth actually opens up around his NECK. That is too cool. Does it hurt to transform? I think it might be cool to give the face more of a pained look, rather than a slack look? That's of course up to you though. I didn't notice the face before scrolling down to the first stage though... Otherwise, this is a cool quick sketch... Small nitpicks are that the final transformation seems a bit off balance to me (the hind legs are a bit unstable looking... you can try throwing back the right leg by adding more shadow, or else redrawing the left leg to be farther back).

It looks like a cross between something from Spirited Away and The Thing. very impressive! I agree about the legs though. the back right is easy to miss at first. I'd also suggest something to give more detail to the boot (i think thats a boot) that split... unless it IS a part of his leg, in which case it's kew, lol.

Damn, THAT is what I turn into before I have my coffee! :D
Looks good, I love that you kept the face on it and turned it up on the top of its head, I cannot wait to see this colored more!

Hey, thanks for the comments and suggestions. I am going to make this guy my next painting project, we'll see how it turns out. :)
