I like the site. It's simple and quick and that's what works best for a portfolio. The background is a bit distracting and I feel the black content box would be more coherent with the rest of the design if it had some kind of border - even just a 1 pixel yellow border. The mouseOvers are a nice touch too.

Nice design, checking out your work now ::)
