Hello everyone,
My name is Michael Dimitrievski. I am starting a new indie game development team and am looking for new concept artists and 3d Modelers/animators. So far I have found a lot of people who wanted to help but then fell off the face of the earth.
Our first 2 games are going to be related so I will say that we will be developing 2 games. The first is a medieval/fantasy style FPS and the following will be an mmorpg. If you are serious about helping I can go into details or give you the website (as soon as I get it running).
If you would like to be a part of this team please email me at hugoboosh@yahoo.com. Thanks!!

By the way, we are not able to offer paid positions right now. If we can make this game happen, I would at that point be able to offer compensation and a paid job..... unfortunately there is no guarantee because of the multimillion dollar budgets of our competition and the lack of funding for my project.

...and I suppose, you won't pay people until you sell something which means probably in a remote future there's a remote possibility but you are not sure.
Wrong section by the way.
Edit: just as I thought.

Wrong section by the way.
Specifically, it should go here (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=44).
Edit: never mind :)

It seems like the only way you get people replying to your(read: my) post(s) is to put it in the wrong section ;)

I want to get a job in the concept art industry when I am older! This could really get me started! Do you think I am too young, however?

No you don't have any competitors because frankly you are not in the game.

Yo, Maurice, you don't have to be rude about it. The only way to GET in the game when your idea is still fresh, as opposed to waiting ten-fifteen years when the "game" has changed, is based on the charity of others.
Now, I am no great artist, but I am in the same position as you except mine is a film, so if I find the time I will be able to do a couple of sketches for you.
